Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We send internationally at a shipping cost of $11.95.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.
Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?
Yes! We use Alstyle and Guildan brand shirts which are produced in North America.
How do I change the color of my order?
It's simple, at checkout you'll have a box where you can directly notify us of any required changes or special instructions for your package. Just make a note of what color you prefer and we'll customize your order. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colors other than Black and White.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept paypal, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you do not need to register and account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card.
Where are the shirts being shipped from?
Our production facilities are located in both CANADA & UNITED STATES.
Depending on where you order from, we will send your order to the appropriate production facility to make sure your item has the quickest turnaround time and shortest distance to travel to you.
Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.
What is the average wait time?
All orders are printed within 24 hours, but usually within a few hours of receiving your order (before 12 noon). Most shirts are shipped out the same day we receive your order.
The average shipping times are estimates for each country. Shipments can vary on carriers and holiday schedules:

Can I cancel my order?
Because our ordering system is automated, we are not able to cancel an order once it's been processed.
What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective/poor quality orders because we are a custom order shop and our shirts are made-to-order..
Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit these are not grounds for a return.
We can take back shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $10 restocking fee, or $22 fee for Hoodies plus the cost of shipping the item back.
For a more detailed return policy or more information please contact us by email classicgametees@gmail.com and we will gladly provide you with your options as well as the address to which your items should be returned. Upon receipt, Classic Game Tees will refund your purchase.
